We closed on a loan 8/31/09 everything seemed good then we started getting calls from our old lenders saying that we where late. I contacted customer service and they assured me that the money had been sent, but the telephone calls continued demanding payment from the old/current lenders. Lend America insist the payment has been made but the calls keep on coming. What is one supposed to do in this situation? read full review »
