Dusty Rose Kennel sold an almost five month old Yorkshire puppy with heart problems and the crown on its head not closed. The seller advertised HEALTH GUARANTEE, VET EXAMINATION AND HEALTH CERTIFICATE, but upon us traveling to Oklahoma from another state, the seller, an ELDERLY woman stated she forgot the Vet Exam and Health Certificate, but would immediately fax the paperwork over.
