Ordered a Ford Explorer security shade on 8/22/09. Have never received any confirmation, much less the merchandise. Spoke to a couple of customer service reps who assured me they would get back to me after they determined the hold up. Now all I get is busy signals on any number I try. This doesn't bode well. Don't be taken by the professionalism of their website. Everything certainly looks legitimate, but it's a black hole. read full review »
