When we enrolled-they never expalined to us that they a 2 m cancellation policy. We recently moved and my son told them on 6/29/09 that to cancel the membership, all they said was ok, but they never gave him any details. I have been charged every month, I called them, they told me that you have to come in person and cancel it. I have faxed them the reqeust, and tolaked to the manager and co-manager, they were not considerate at all. Please be aware of these theives, they are ripping you. read full review »
