Two months ago (July) we received a charge on our monthly AT&T bill for OAN Services, Inc - ALLVOICEMAIL.COM. The charge was made to our home phone account with my daughter's name attached as the service requestor. I called the AT&T customer support number listed on the bill and was informed that third party companies could submit charges to our account without our approval and that it was up to us to call the third party company to dispute charges (thanks for taking care of your customer AT&T).
