I purchased the product online. A couple of weeks later I still hadn't received the product, yet, the company charged my card $79.95. I contacted the company and requested that they refund the charges and cancel my membership. They did not do that, instead, they sent the product and charged me a second time for $79.95. I am attempting stop payment and am having my bank dispute the charges with the vendor. I called again and asked that they cancel my membership and credit the charges.
