I signed up for paperless billing and was told I would receive a gift card. "That didn't happen, I decided to call AT&T to inquire about it and was told that they didn't have any knowledge of a reward for paperless billing. I am truly disappointed with the company and I have lost trust in a company that would normally provide outstanding service and I wonder why I was able to find a sight that they don't know about?
