We hired Texas Best Roofing to replace our roof. The original quote as aprox. $8600. After the roofer consulted with Texas Windstorm it was realized that we needed 30yr shingle instead of the 20yr shingles quoted. So the roofer raised the quote and we agreed to aprox. $9700. Then once the roof was nearing completion he returned with a supplemented amount to the sum of $3300 additional. I have not areed to that and paid the aprox. $9700. Now the roofer is attemting to place a lien on our house for the additional amount. read full review »
