I have a HUGE situation about NCO Financial. i am in the Army, and they offer to pay 100% of tuition using the EAP. i went to school from 2000 - 2001, and eap paid the school directly. at the time, the school was actually getting paid an overage of $187 a quarter, which went to my books and supplies (still no out of pocket expenses) turns out that AES got involved somewhere along the way, saying that i owe the full amount of the tuition in student loans, totalling $12, 000. i said whoa whoa, the army is supposed to pay this, and i didn't... read full review »
