I bought av2premier computer from shop nbc and viscom in december of 2007 with an extended contract. A year later the mother board went out and had to send in to replace. Now I need a restoration disk to get it started again, I have called viscom on several occasions to order the disk but I cannot get a response from anyone. This computer cost a great deal of money, too much for it to go bad in a year. I bought this computer through shop nbc.
