I looked up my grand mother and they came back with ticks against all things. Marriage, birth, death etc. At no time did they say it was based in US so I thought I would pay the premium, and look it up as they seemed to know. I clicked on paypal and they took the money only for me to find the name came back as nothing, nothing, nothing. I have sent numerous emails asking for my money back and they keep sending the same one back saying they will help me trace my family. I want my money back this is a terrible website if they don't repay money when one makes a mistake in where they join. I ask you what a minefield. read full review »
