Roger Brown is a con man, a liar, a cheat and a most hateful man. He runs AAA RV Rental out of Boonsboro, WV. He contracts for and promises you an A Class clean RV, only to switch you to a C class piece of junk that you have to service. I tried to get my deposit back from him, and he stated over and over that "his bookkeeper" had sent the check - a lie. When asked for a copy of the cancelled check, no response.
