We were contacted by Patrick Nosack a representative for Showcase Resorts in February 2008. He stated that he had a buyer for our Cliffs at Peace Canyon timeshare property and they needed a 1, 000.00 (refundable) for the expenses with the closing cost and legal fees, and then we spoke with Mr. David Medley and he explained to us again that our property was being sold in a block of timeshares to a company.
