In March 2006 I received a notice that I owed money to them for back taxes. Not having the money to send, I contacted J. K. Harris Company via a local representative. I was told by this representative that since I was on Social Security and did not have the money - or other assets to sell to pay it - that they would file me as "uncollectable" and, that there should be no problem with this.
