I received a $2, 000 piece of furniture from La-Z-Boy Furniture in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The furniture not only came with the wrong fabric which I specifically said I did not want, but it is worn looking and the quality is extremely poor. After going through hell with their customer service people and being treated terrible, I finally got in touch with the owner.
