I am writing this letter trying to get some customer service to remove a wrongful chargeoff on my credit report by Verizon. This chargeoff was placed on my credit report over a dispute because Verizon owed me $90 and Verizon stated that I owed them $90. I requested Verizon to take the $90 they owed me and apply it to the $90 bill I owed them which would of made the balance zero. Verizon refused even though they knew they owed me $90.
