i was missing money from my account. how they got my info is what i am most upset about. i went to my bank, they could not tell me what i purchased and neither could membership services. when you call the co they try to sound helpful. Two days later i get a letter that says either myself or someone authorized to access my account made the "purchase and there will be no refund. they still could not tell me what the purchase was. they have now sent me another letter asking for info so they can send me a refund.It amazes me that this co... read full review »
