Ordered a computer onE-bay, paid $1, 200 dollars. It was received damaged and returned to seller. Now seller has my computer and my money and says that the transaction never happened. Even though I have an E-bay receipt, shipping documents, UPS pick-up documents, UPS damage claim documents that say it was damaged in transit, and signed documents of receiving the computer back.
