T Mobile are full of liars and agents that make false promises. I manage a Customer Service Deparments and would never allow this form of service to be acceptable to anyone. The problems all began when I first opened my account, at that point I should have followed my husband's advised and disconnect my service and run, but I decided to give them another chance.
