company scammed us for 500.00 upfront fee. Fee is for applying for a guranteed line of credit, which never came through. When calling the company, you used to get a person to speak to. Now you are put on hold by computer as caller number 12+, ass you go up the food chain, and become caller number 2 (after 3hrs), the line disconnects. Emailing the company doesn't work either.
