I cannot believe that Alltel nor Verizon can help with this gamer data. I cannot trace who set this account up. My kids tell me they did not do it. Now I see from other honest people that some crazed company is getting our cell number and charging us without any discretion or integrity. I like one persons solution: drop off the 9.99 charge and not pay that part of the bill. Can anyone help? Does anyone listen to this fraud? read full review »
