HI! I had very bad experience in Tjmaxx Norwalk CT (CT ave), manager was rood and ignored when he was "helping" with my return. He didn't even look at my item and told me that I can't return it because I don't have receipt. This sterling silver necklace came from this TJMAXX, there are other jewelry in exactly same boxes. I'll will bring this issue to corporate headquater. If you need to return an item in TJmaxx and you don't have receipt, it will be a big problem. read full review »
