After signing loan documents for a home loan with a rate of 4.375% with Infinity Group Services (IGS), we were told by IGS that it was not able to provide the loan at such a low rate and we were offered with a higher rate. We decided to cancel the loan and IGS agreed to refund the $995 fee. However, the date of the refund has long passed and we still have not received the money. We have tried to contact IGS and noted its phone number and website are no longer valid. We want to know what other options we have to get our money back. read full review »
