Dear sir/madam, I am a customer of Indane domestic cooking gas having consumer no. 6067 in 'Mrs Fancy Cook', 3/1, Sadhanhari Mukherjee Road, James Long Sarani, Kolkata-700034, West Bengal, with code no. 99060638. I booked for a refilled cylinder under order no. 6959 dt. 12.9.09, which is still wanting in spite of expiry of 17(seventeen) days. On enquiry I am informed that supplycould not be made due to want of sufficient supply of refilled cylinders from your end.
