Jason Richard Rashley (aka Jason Rich) is staying in Bogalusa, Louisiana at Turn Around Village (www.turnaroundvillage.org). He has managed to rip off Nicoll's Limo for $10, 000 (www.nicolls.com). He managed to tell Nicoll's Limo that he was a 30% owner in local restaurant (which he wasn't) and take people for rides to try and promote the place.
