When I called ER Solutions, after receiving a letter from them, the woman on the other end of the phone was extremely rude & and nasty. She kept asking for my SSN which I was not about to give out over the phone. I gave the account number and that should have been enough. Her unprofessional and RUDE attitude and behavior are probably just typical for this type of business. I have never even heard of the company that I allegedly owed money too.
