All I did was send my mother flowers for Mother's Day 2008 and I get an additional charge of $14.95 a total of 9 times as well as the initial $1.95 for a total of $136.50. I called the Easy Saver 800# and advised the charges were unauthorized and wanted the membership cancelled and the charges refunded. The service rep stated she could refund the last 2, but would need approval for the rest and put me on hold.
