RPM seems to have the same story from many many people in the area. They sell vehicles that break down within a week or two then fix them and cahrge a excessive extra payment on the vehicle for repairs. I myself am a victem of thier scheme as i bought a vehicle nearly 5 years ago from them but when mine broke i told them to pick it up and i didnt want it and now they want $12000 for a car that wasnt worth more than $1200.
