I also had unauthorized charges on my account from Shopping Essentials. I don't even remember when I may have purchased any items through them in the past. I called Customer Service and was told I would be reimbursed about ten days ago. I still have not been reimbursed. I just called again and was told I would receive a credit within two or three days. I guess I will have to wait and see what happens now. I am also wondering why this outfit has not been reported to the Better Business Bureau. The Department of Commerce would be yet another option. read full review »
