Express Flooring

I had a presentation of installing laminate flooring in my home on 7/28/10 at which time I placed a $700 deposit to get the work done. The next day, after reviewing the thousands of complaints against this company and seeing their F rating from the BBB, I cancelled the contract both by phone and in writing via certified letter which was received by them on 7/31/10. I ordered the RightSize "free trial". When it came, I was charged $18.80 for shipping and handling and then was told that if I kept it, my account would be charged the full price was $119.80. This was the first time I was informed of either charge. When I called to get a return authorization, I was given a choice to keep the product at a 50% discount.
