Magic Jack customer service always gives you the run-around. It is quite the joke when you try to get an issue resolved. Very Micki-Mouse customer and technical support. I cannot make any decent phone calls because their mj gadget is of poor quality and definitley a waste of time and money. I paid $59.00 for their five-year plan and then it does not work half the time. I would certainly advise anyone who is considering buying one of those to stay clear of it.
