Several weeks ago I had purchased a NaturoPure HF 380 (XJ-3800) Multi Tech from Citrus Micro. Unfortunately after receiving it I discovered it was DOA, after which I tried to get a RMA. At this point I discovered that Citrus Micro does not stand behind any of their products. What they do is tell you you have to deal with the manufacturer who, in this case told me I have to deal with Citrus Micro. The runaround. Citrus Micro is evidently just a drop shipper and will leave you hanging if you have any problems. I am about to contact my CC company... read full review »
