I just won a judgement against these scam artists. They claimed I owed them $1, 300 two months ago. The court gave them two months to come up with the proof that I owed the debt. On 9/24/09, their lawyer tells me that although there was no proof, the debt is now $2, 400! She offered me a plan to pay only $1, 200 in monthly installments. Mind you, this was never my debt to begin with. I gave her the nastiest look, told her if she thought it was fair to pay a debt that I did not owe and if I looked insane to her.
