I recently visited my 89 year old mom at her senior citizen apt building in Parma Hts, Ohio. They have 2 elevators for an eight floor building. One of them has not been working for over three weeks. It really upset me to see these elderly people having to wait a long time for the elevator. It is difficult for a lot of the residents to walk let alone have to stand and wait for the elevator.
