On December 10th 2007 I purchased an xbox 360 for my son as a Christmas gift. Christmas morning as my son tried to connect the ac adaptor to the console he realized it would not insert. The next day I spoke to xbox 360 customer service and explained the problem, They asked me for the serial number on the back of the xbox360 and I was instructed to return or exchange the Item where I had purchased it.
