We are a small trucking company that hauls freight around the US. We frequenlty use freight brokers to keep our trucks busy and earlier this year, we hauled a truckload for A.B. Transport Sera (a trucking company in Quebec Canada). After not receiving payment for 60 days I contacted them and found out that they had no freight brokerage license and illegally brokered this load.
