About 3 months ago I got a little over my head in my finances, and I was forced to overdraw my checking account for an emergency. I was in the red $300 Max, probably much less. I received a letter from BOA (the bank I overdrew from) stating that They are closing my account, and that they will send me my remaining balance if there is one, or I need to pay the balance due, if there is any.
