I apparently have the phone number of someone that is in collections with NCO. Despite the fact that I have told them about 5 times now that no one named "Stefan" lives at my home, they continue to call back continually. I am ready to slap a restraining order on this company. I have spoken to several different representatives, explaining to all of them that this is MY phone # now and I do not know who Stefan is. They rudely hang up on me, even when I am polite about it.
