I called to get some information. I was assured that if I had a DirectTV satellite I would have no trouble installing a BlueDish. If not we would get our full refund back, minus the $5 processing fee. Installer came out and took one look at the sky and then said it was a no-go... he didn't have a view of the southern sky. (which is total BS, but whatever). So a month later we still never got a refund that we were promised, so we called and they put us through to billing... where we were made aware of a $50 re-stocking fee that was never... read full review »
