had my new sequoia wash here and reported damage to owner. Owner said to come back and show him the damage to assess and then ran it through again for free to come out with even more damage on it now. He denied any faulty equipment on their part, he denied any liability and says for me to basically get lost. He boasted his 20 years of experience (?????).
