I had called and canceled my free trial and i still got charged 79.90 but when i called the first time the lady never gave me her name or a comfirmation code. Then on 9/25/09 the amount above was taking out my account and i called again and they said that they couldn't give me the money back because i didnt have the name of the lady that i talked to the first or have a comfirmation code. That was not my fault the lady didnt give me either of those information so i'm requesting for the refund. read full review »
