I have had terrible problems with kaplan. Soon as I picked up my grades to get my AA. They dropped me and told me I had to resubmit as a returning student. 4 to 6 weeks. They never return my phone calls or email but the financial aid department calls everyday. They also told me they don't do business with citibank anymore. When I called citibank they said kaplan has me listed as a current student. Citibank has sent them almost $6, 000.oo.Citibank says they are looking into it. More people should complain to the dept of education and the BBB. read full review »
