I purchased a Generac generator from Alan Power Equipment that quit working after 48 hours of use. I called the owner of Alan Power and he came out a few times and fussed around with it and finally determined that it needed a new starter. Many times when he said he came out I don't think he really did because there was no evidence of his having been here. To shorten the proverbial long story, we have spent nearly $10, 000.00 on something that still doesn't work. we need the Generac Company or Alan Power Equipment to step up to the plate and do something. read full review »
