I signed contract with free 1 week trial @ Realtytrac.com date they provided is stale and not useful. I contacted them to cancel my contract before my trial period expired via email. I got no response. I tried to reach them via phone but I didn’t get live person. Finally after trying many times one agent directed me to go through complex process on the web site to cancel the contract. But they changed me entire month in advance and didn't agree to refund. read full review »
