I orded Personal Antivirus on 8/31/2009, found out on the computer that it was a hoax. I called the "customer service" number because I wanted a refund, which was an option for the automated system. The $80.54 was taken out of my account on 9/2/2009. I got an e-mail from them ([email protected]) stating my refund would be credited back in 5-7 business days, on 9/3/2009.
