Initially I ordered a limo for May 3, 2008 for my daughter's prom. Since then she didn't need the limo. I have tried to reach Limo Ryde USA INC. from 4/1 - 4/11 2008 but there was no answer and I could not leave a message Finnally on 4/12/08 I talked with a woman named Dianna and informed her of the cancellation. She stated we would get a full refund. They had informed us to send a check for $500.00 to hold the Limo and they would send us a contract.
