In July I purchased a refurbished computer from this company. The day i took it home and plugged it in I got what is called "the blue screen of death", which means that the computer stopped working and a blue screen appears. I return it to Ross computer, they repaired the problem, which according to them was the virus protection i had running. Two weeks later it began doing the same thing.
