Submitted my request for repair of A/C unit. It went completely out in July...needless to say it was miserable. Did not receive call from their A/C company so I called them to set up appointment only to be told "they had no idea how long it would be before they were able to come by". Needless to say, it was July, over 100 degrees outside and unbearable. I called AHW and was given an SSA by a service rep. and was instructed to be very specific on the invoice and reminded me they only reimburse reasonable and customary prices.
