Citi card sent me a notice notifying me that they where increasing my rates to 0ver 29%. Their claim was based on a one time only late payment that was 5 days late. Not due to my payment but a security update in my payment system. They did allow me the "OPT out" alternative action. I called, discussed the agent could not understand why i received the notice and claimed over and over again, either i was incorrectly reading the notice or it was a mistake..
