I fell for the "free trial" bait also, but thanks to a posting that gave yet another toll-free number, I (hopefully) have effected a cancellation and a refund of the first charge. Call 888-255-1208. I dealt with a customer service rep Syreeta #323 ...this is a service for a number of companies apparently. I'll believe it when I see the refund on the statement, but talk to your credit card co's...their charge dispute departments and write to the return address on the bag in which you received the product telling them to cancel.
